UX Transaction Hacking

As part of Peña Defilló, a leading holding company that encompasses both Publicis and Starcom, I had the opportunity to introduce a new and innovative technique known as Transactional Hacking to the Dominican Republic. This technique is designed to help reduce the cost of client acquisition for e-commerce businesses and is based on two key principles: device penetration and high delivery adoption.

By exploiting the power of data, Transactional Hacking offers a unique and efficient approach to reducing the cost of client acquisition, enabling e-commerce companies to significantly improve their bottom line. I had the privilege of being a keynote speaker at the 2019 Hacking Transaction Conference, where I trained and educated business leaders on the benefits of Transactional Hacking and how to implement it effectively in their operations.

Throughout my time at the conference, I led interactive workshops and provided hands-on training sessions to help businesses grasp the fundamental principles of Transactional Hacking and the critical role data plays in the acquisition process. My aim was to empower businesses to understand how to harness the power of data to achieve their acquisition goals and drive their businesses forward.

My involvement in the e-commerce industry in the Dominican Republic was a truly rewarding and fulfilling experience. By working closely with businesses to help them embrace the opportunities offered by Transactional Hacking, I was able to make a positive impact on the industry and contribute to the success of the companies I worked with.
